Buildings 5 & 6 - Dry Storage Warehouses
Buildings 5 & 6 are currently under construction. Identical to buildings 1 & 2, they will both be dry storage warehouses with a total built-up area of 12 800 sq.m, also suitable for light industrial production. Warehouse clear height will be 10,5m. and loading capacity will be 5 tons/sq.m.
The buildings will have their own reinforced concrete frame structure and own photovoltaic installation. Out of the 12 800 sq.m., 11 650 sq.m. will be storage area and 1 150 sq.m. will be dedicated for office space.
During “Phase 3”, a canteen for the park’s employees will also be built. Planned to be completed by the end of 2019.
