To date, the park has 25 600 sq.m. of functioning dry warehouses. There is the possibility for another 64 000 sq.m. for future development.

East Ring LP OOD plans to continue building the following types of premises:

-Dry storage warehouses

-Cold storage warehouses

-Production Facilities

-Flammable and Hazardous storage facilities

There is the opportunity to build buildings tailored to the customer
requirements (Built-to-Suit).

In the presence of a clear investor interest, it is possible to sell part of the undeveloped land.
