Hristo Kusev JR: We are ready for new challenges

East Ring is developing itself as a sustainable logistics project with a healthy working environment.

We are visiting our hosts from Logistic Park East Ring, to be introduced to the two newly developed sites at the park - a modern bistro and a sports playground. We sit at the open part of the restaurant and admire the aromatic coffee and the birds flying low over the pool.

More people of all ages are living a healthy and active life. Hence, we decided to do something in their favour. When I shared my idea with our general manager, the bistro was already planned out and he immediately appreciated the idea of a sports ground next to it. We are extremely pleased with the results - everyday, people from the park are using the sports field to play basketball or use the street fitness equipment - in the morning before work, during lunch break and in the end of their working day. What could be better than having a basketball court near your workplace, as well as fitness equipment for healthy living and stress relief - says Hristo Kusev JR at an interview in “Logistics” magazine.

With its beautiful and functional playground, Logistics Park East Ring’s owners, provoke the park’s residents to train, move and feel good. “This is the new modern trend - you feel more energized, more productive and you get rid of your bad habits” - says the young manager.
